How it Works:

Because it takes a little minute to get to know your business and how you run it, we agree to a 3-MONTH* minimum commitment to each other.  In the first month we’re just getting acquainted, and we give the worker bees a week to dig into your website, your systems, your courses and content, and take a look under the hood to see what they have to work with.  At the same time, your project manager will get to know you and what your priorities are, and the flavor of your business.

By the 3rd month, we’ll be old friends and humming along on the regular operations, and even able to handle some special projects that come along.

Pricing includes project management, which means you meet with your project manager on a regular basis.  More often in the beginning, but definitely weekly.  

There is an onboarding period, which includes coaching and training on how to most effectively delegate your projects to us.  In the Bronze and Silver packages this takes place in that first launch week.  In the bigger packages it will take longer to transition your workload to us.  You’ll see the one-time ONBOARDING FEE in each package below.

You pay the onboarding fee and the 1st month up front, then the monthly fee is on autopay.  15-day notice of cancellation required.  But hey – at these prices and the FREEDOM you’ll get, you won’t want to go back to doing all this stuff yourself!

* 40 Hours per week/Full Time requires a 6-month commitment.  We hire and train a dedicated team member for you.
** Project work is hourly, so no monthly commitment is required.  Coaching at an Additional Fee ($250/session)
